Terms of Service
Last updated: August 30, 2026
1. Acceptance
These terms govern your access to and use of the Watiqo platform (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
2. The Service
Watiqo lets businesses send and receive WhatsApp messages, campaigns, automated replies, and a shared inbox, using the WhatsApp Business Platform operated by Meta. Message delivery depends on Meta’s systems and policies.
3. Acceptable use
- Only message people who have opted in to receive messages from your business.
- Comply with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and applicable laws.
- Honor opt-outs promptly (a STOP reply unsubscribes the recipient).
- Do not send spam, illegal, deceptive, or prohibited content.
You are responsible for the content you send and for obtaining any required consent from your recipients. Misuse may result in suspension by Watiqo or Meta.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us of any unauthorized use.
5. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and message delivery is subject to third-party (Meta) systems outside our control.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watiqo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for message delivery failures caused by third-party platforms.
7. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or of WhatsApp/Meta policies.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes are reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
