Data Deletion Instructions
Watiqo processes WhatsApp contact and message data on behalf of the businesses that use it. You can request deletion of your data at any time.
If a business messaged you
Reply STOP to the WhatsApp conversation to be unsubscribed immediately. To have your contact details and message history deleted, contact that business directly, or email us at privacy@revviz.com with the phone number involved and the name of the business. We will delete the associated data within 30 days.
If you operate a Watiqo account
Email privacy@revviz.com from your account email requesting deletion. On confirmation we will permanently remove your account and its associated contacts, messages, templates, and campaign data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
